Fountainview Apartments

Description

With the new update, penthouses can now be residential rentals! I have kept the original penthouse and added 2 floors below it for some communal space and 4 additional apartments that in need of some renovations!

Tray Files

Download the files and extract them into your Tray folder:

Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray

Do not put Tray files in the Mods folder.

Restart the game and the build will appear in your Library.
