You can only use The Sims 4 Base Game and one other pack to create a fully finished lot!

Single Pack Build

I suggest disabling all Create A Sim Kits in the Pack Filters above, you'll want a pack that has plenty of build items!

Some packs will not have any decor in the generated styles. You can just use your interpretation to select appropriate items, or reroll if you prefer.

To make sure you only use the pack selected, I suggest using the Disable Sims 4 Packs tool, your game will only load the packs you select.
Create a new save game so you don't lose any items, Sims, or lots in existing saves.
